Tourave Terms of Service

Tourave provides software tools for travel businesses, including operations, storefront, booking-related workflows, reporting, and approved third-party integrations.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, and ensuring account access is limited to authorized personnel.

You are responsible for activities that occur under your organization account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Tenant organizations are responsible for their own business operations, customer disclosures, legal notices, and data handling practices for customer-facing channels they manage through Tourave.

Tourave provides platform functionality and does not assume responsibility for tenant-specific commercial terms, product descriptions, or customer commitments made by a tenant.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, distribute malware, violate applicable law, or use Tourave to infringe rights of others.

You must not attempt to bypass account, role, tenant, or API permission boundaries.

Tourave may interoperate with third-party services when initiated by an authorized user. Your use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

For Google Search Console, Tourave requests only thehttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonlypermission scope when you explicitly connect that integration. Tourave uses authorized Search Console data solely to provide platform SEO and performance features.

Tourave and its platform technology, software, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, reverse engineer, sublicense, or redistribute the service.

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit to Tourave. You grant Tourave the rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content for service operation and support.

Tourave may update, improve, or modify platform features over time. We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all circumstances.

Pricing, billing schedules, and commercial terms are defined in separate order documents, subscription terms, or direct agreements where applicable.

Tourave may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment under applicable agreement, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

Tourave is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Tourave disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions are posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
